Below, we've outlined a few active funding opportunities for businesses and non-profits:
REGIONAL FUNDING
Innovation Initiatives Ontario North (IION)
Launch & Prosper has established a longstanding and highly successful partnership with IION as community partners. Over the years, we have achieved remarkable results, boasting a flawless track record of 100% success with eligible business clients.
Step Forward Entrepreneurs Program (SFEP)
The SFEP is targeted toward businesses who are trying to challenge the status quo, innovate, create new products and services, disrupt existing industry or usher in a new way, and show the potential to create jobs and grow the economy. Emphasis is placed on companies who identify business growth opportunities and are looking to reach new markets and expand sales.
WHO’S IT FOR?
√ Incorporated for-profit businesses who demonstrate the potential to create jobs and grow the economy
√ Registered, located and operating in the district of Muskoka, Parry Sound, Nipissing, or Timiskaming.
WHAT’S IT FOR?
√ Trade Shows
√ Marketing / marketing materials
√ Website development / updates
√ Training, certifications or licenses
√ Market/product research or market-entry fees
√ Intellectual property costs / legal fees
√ Business growth expertise
√ Export development
WHEN’S THE DEADLINE?
ONGOING: Applications are subject to a monthly competitive review process; the last working day of every month is the submission deadline for applications. It is recommended that companies submit applications in advance of this date to allow IION time to provide comments or suggested revisions.
WHAT DO YOU GET?
The SFEP will support up to 50% of eligible costs, before tax, up to $10,000 grant for a minimum project spend before tax of $20,000

PROVINCIAL FUNDING
OTF: Ontario Trillium Foundation
Launch & Prosper has an outstanding track record of securing the OTF grant with our non-profit clients, having successfully obtained three of these grants in the last three cycles. Our expertise in grant applications and project demonstration has allowed us to consistently deliver exceptional results, enabling our clients to access the financial resources they need to achieve their goals.
Resilient Communities Fund
The Resilient Communities Fund supports community-based organizations that deliver programs and services in Ontario and need funding to recover and build capacity, resilience and sustainability.
WHO’S IT FOR?
√ Charitable organization or foundation registered with the Canada Revenue Agency
√ Incorporated as a not-for-profit corporation without share capital in a Canadian jurisdiction
√ Organizations that provide services in Ontario
√ Have a primary purpose, presence and reputation for delivering programs and activities with direct community benefit in Ontario
√ Must have at least one year of financial history from their incorporation or charitable registration date based on their organization's fiscal year-end date.

WHEN’S THE DEADLINE?
The grant application will be available as of September 27, 2023.
The deadline to submit an application is October 25, 2023, at 5 PM ET.
WHAT DO YOU GET?
$10,000 - $100,000 (per year)
You can request funding for direct personnel, direct non-personnel, and overhead and administration costs to help you deliver your project.

NATIONAL FUNDING
CDAP: Canada Digital Adoption Program
Launch & Prosper has a 100% batting average with the CDAP grant. Our expertise and support have been instrumental in assisting numerous product and service-based businesses in securing this valuable micro-grant.
Grow Your Business Online Grant
Looking to implement e-commerce capabilities to remain competitive? Need to serve existing customers more effectively and attract new customers?
WHO’S IT FOR?
√ For-profit business (including for-profit social enterprises and co-operatives)
√ Registered or incorporated
√ Is consumer-facing (sells goods and services directly to end consumers)
√ Has at least one employee (other than the owner) OR had at least $30,000 in annual revenue in the most recent tax year
WHAT’S IT FOR?
√ Development of new e-commerce website or add functionality to your existing site (e.g. online reservation/booking tools, online ordering systems, electronic payments)
√ Installation of an e-commerce platform (including subscription fees/costs)
√ Hiring of a consultant to help with digital marketing strategies for your e-commerce store that could include activities such as website search optimization and social media advertising.
√ To track and manage inventory and sales, market to customers, offer discounts, maintain a loyalty program, or increase cybersecurity using e-commerce software
WHEN’S THE DEADLINE?
Ongoing, program closes in 2026.
WHAT DO YOU GET?
Up to $2,400. The micro-grant is not inclusive of taxes. Micro-grants will be issued based on the cost of the expense(s) before taxes; refundable tax charges will not be reimbursed.
