What started as my own advisory and fractional-CEO practice has grown into a dedicated team, spanning organizational design, operations, marketing, communications, and leadership advisory. What’s the difference between Advisory and Consulting?+
Advisory is one-on-one strategic counsel for you as the founder: clarity, guidance, and decision-making support. Consulting & Implementation brings our team in to build, execute, and operationalize. Many clients use both and move between them as their needs change.
Is the discovery call really free?+
Yes. The 30-minute discovery call is complimentary and no-pressure. It’s how we explore your goals and current challenges and determine the most appropriate engagement, or whether there’s a fit at all.
Do you offer one-off support, or only retainers?+
Both. You can engage us for ad hoc, hourly support or a single Founder Clarity Intensive, or move into an ongoing advisory retainer for consistent counsel and accountability. We’ll recommend what fits where you are.
I already worked with you on a project, can you stay on as an advisor?+
Absolutely. Many clients who complete a phase-one project retain us through advisory to sustain momentum, and on-demand hourly support is always available to past and current clients. It’s one of the most natural ways our relationships continue.

Everywhere. We’re rooted in Huntsville, Ontario, and we’ve advised founders and leaders across Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and as far as Costa Rica.
